• You'll ensure the support of all test phases of our ERP/CPM/CRM application major programs
• You'll analyse requirements or user stories with a critical mindset, identifying possible issues, and being ready to challenge the Product or Application Manager
• You'll manage test cases, always ensuring full coverage of application functionalities
• You'll implement UI and API automated tests using the teams' defined tools
• You'll propose new approaches to test automation with the purpose of improving our efficiency
• You'll analyse defects assigned to the development teams and discuss with the delivery manager the right priority
• You'll integrate the Application Quality Management team and report to the QA Manager

• Graduated in Information Systems or in a related field
• A professional with 3+ Year of working experience, with strong focus on ERP/CPM/CRM systems or ISTQB certified professional
• Experienced in black-box manual testing
• Experienced in performance and stress testing
• Experienced in UI and/or API automated tests
• Knowledgeable programming languages/frameworks such as JavaScript, Python, Postman, Jira, XRay, Cucumber, webdriverIO, or Git
• A professional with excellent communications skills, both in Portuguese and English
• Experienced in working in large-scale organizations on a multinational level with a multicultural team
